As a backend developer, you play a central role in managing and optimizing the architecture of e-commerce platforms built on Magento. You work closely with your colleagues and communicate openly about challenges, decisions, and solutions. You take ownership of your deliverables: you stand behind your work, process feedback constructively, and actively contribute ideas on the best approach.
You’ll be joining an ambitious team of 20+ colleagues, where you’ll work on a wide variety of projects for major e-commerce clients.

//03 What We’re Looking For
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Magento 2 Backend Developer
- Strong knowledge of working in a Linux environment: PHP, MySQL, GIT VCS
- Excellent knowledge of: object-oriented programming, MVC, and the ability to write and read clean code
- In addition to knowledge of Magento (2), experience with Docker and Jira, DevOps, the use of debugging tools, experience with Magento PWA, and implementing API connections is a plus.
- An analytical and effective approach to problem-solving, with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate easier and more efficient communication with colleagues and management
- Advanced level of English
- Magento certification is a plus
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science is a plus
