A A data integration project doesn't end with Going live. That’s where it all begins. What What happens after delivery determines whether the are an investment value. Why choose Data Care at Factor Blue?

Building and managing

We manage data environments that we have built ourselves or have fully taken over following an audit.

Active monitoring

We continuously monitor integrations and pipelines. Failed runs, timeouts, and unexpected data volumes—we flag them before they affect you.

Direct communication, no interference

You’ll work directly with the developers. Honest feedback, clear agreements, and no surprises down the road.

Fixed rates

No open-ended contracts where you don’t know what you’ve paid until after the fact. Integration points provide clarity on the scope of a request upfront.

//05 — Customer Feedback

Real customer experiences

Choosing a new technical partner isn’t something you do lightly. That’s why we let our clients and partners share their experiences working with us.

TELL US WHAT'S GOING ON

We’re the technical team that lies awake at night worrying about your uptime, your performance, and your next steps. Not as a contractor. Not as a supplier. But as the people who have just as much at stake in your success as you do.

You tell us what’s going on; we’ll tell you what we see.

//07 — Our Approach

How Data Care Works

01.

Discovery

We begin with an assessment of the existing data environment: which integrations are currently in use, how they were built, which systems are involved, and what the critical data flows are. Based on this, we determine the appropriate Data Care package and establish the service levels.

02.

Set up monitoring

We set up active monitoring for all integrations, pipelines, and transformations. Alerts are configured so that we are immediately notified in the event of a failed run, a timeout, or an unexpected anomaly in the data.

03.

Stabilization

During the first month, we’ll focus on stability. This will involve minor adjustments, updating documentation, and familiarizing ourselves with the environment. In this phase, integration points will be used to implement improvements that add immediate value.

04.

Ongoing management

Starting in month two, everything is running at full speed. Incidents are addressed within the agreed-upon response time.

05.

Quarterly or monthly review

Together, we look back and ahead: what has worked well, which systems are set to change, and what’s on the roadmap. This ensures that the data environment continues to align with the organization’s needs.
